Founding organiser
Sheila has run a charity before and brings years of experience to this work. She is setting up the organisation and is the first point of contact while we recruit trustees and volunteers.
Who's involved
We're just getting started and the team is small. To register as a charity we need at least two more trustees.

Join the board
Trustees are volunteers who share responsibility for running the organisation well. These are the roles we’re looking for first.
Treasurer
Budgets, the bank account, bookkeeping and spending controls. Needed before we can open a bank account or apply for grants.
Safeguarding lead
Our safeguarding policy, volunteer checks and training. Needed before any home visits or befriending.
Secretary
Agendas, minutes, records and reminders, so the board runs properly and on time.
